A glass room that sits on the lake like a moored boat.
Lumen Pavilion hosts weddings, concerts and dinners for up to 120 guests on a platform that floats twelve metres from the shore of Lake Bled.
The steel deck rests on concrete pontoons anchored to the lakebed. Its folded roof is carried on four slender columns, so the glass walls hold nothing but the view.
We assembled the pavilion on the shore and floated it into position on a single windless morning in April 2022.
